Allison | Makeup Artist
Allison is a professional freelanced makeup artist with 10 years experience and is the main makeup artist for Amazing Makeup that You Love. As a young kid, she was obsessed with makeup and would constantly want to try different looks on family and friends. As time went by, the love of makeup to boost people’s confidence without having to drastically change their looks is what drove the passion to further pursue as an adult.
An important aspect of Allison’s work is getting what the client wants right. She works diligently in producing quality work that realizes the client’s vision and achieves happiness. When the client sees the final product and is happy, it brings a sense of joy that she felt as she did was a child. Realizing she has a diverse clientele, it is important that she continuously learns various styles. One of the ways Allison does this is by connecting and collaborating with other freelancers or professionals in the industry. The expanding network has helped her develop skills to achieve varying looks for different events such as fashion shows, weddings, birthdays, and other events. Specifically, Allison specializes in glam and fantasy looks, but can also produce classical chic looks. One of the greatest honour she has received is being asked by an Indigenous Music Award nominee to do their makeup in 2017 and 2018.
In addition to makeup, Allison has completed lash extension training (2020) and can now offer clients the opportunity to experience natural or voluminous lash extensions. Lastly, being a strong support of local talent, she has a makeup line that is primarily made in Canada.
In 2022, Allison has been trained and certified in the art of Body Contouring and has given clients an opportunity to experience the wonderful new non-invasive procedures of Body Contouring.
As more people start to discover Allison, she has had to expand her team to work for larger wedding parties and events. Service areas would include Winnipeg and the surrounding areas for an additional fee (contact for details).
She is very thankful to all the amazing people she has worked with throughout the years and the support from family and friends. Having a platform that allows her to be creative while bringing happiness to others is what makes this career meaningful and worth it!

Meagan | Makeup Artist
Meagan was born and raised in Winnipeg, and loves supporting local community programs. Whether its volunteering with Football Manitoba or Folklorama, or just helping friends and family, Meagan is not afraid to get her hands into a project to help it succeed. She puts her all into everything she does.
Meagan has always loved makeup, whether for beauty, Halloween, Fantasy, or stage makeup. With the support of her friends and family, she followed her passion and enrolled in makeup courses in 2013 to become accredited through The Salon Professionals Academy. Once she was a certified makeup artist, she reconnected with Allison, and their love of makeup flourished into a thriving business. The two have been inseparable since.
Meagan loves transforming a client's vision into a reality. Meagan has done makeup for weddings, parties, graduations, photo shoots, and several fantasy and sci-fi/horror themes. When the client's eyes light up, so do Meagan's.

Leah | Hair Stylist
Doing hair and make up was always something Léah took pride in doing on a daily basis, after traveling across North America for 5 years for work she decided to start her hair journey in 2014 at The Salon Professional Academy.
Since graduating, she has been in salon settings & involved with events which include weddings, photo shoots, Christmas parties, special events and more.
Léah joined up with Amazing Makeup You Love in 2019 after doing some photo shoots together!
Updo's, curls, highlights are by far her favorite things to do in the hair world and is always wanting to learn new styles and techniques.

Jennifer | Hair Stylist
Jen Kehler was born and raised in Winnipeg, MB she fell in Love with the idea of hair at the young age of five with fond memories of her Grandfather who would always let her play around style his hair however her heart desired, her earlier work was sometimes out there, but giving her this creative freedom grew her love of hair.
Since then she has helped many friends and family look their best for many special occasions, and many nights of just creating fun looks.
in 2002 Jen enrolled in Mile's Macdonell, so she could add to her raw talent in the Cosmetology program, where she got certified in hair coloring and completion of her course, also in her schooling she won in 2004-2005 senior three hairstyling award and in 2005 the Goldwell Trilogy student certificate.
After school Jen continued doing hair for friends and family as a hobby, she continues trying new styles and trends with looking up youtube videos between raising her twin boys.
Jen was officially brought on to The Amazing Makeup that You Love team in 2021, but had previously worked as a contract stylist for a couple photoshoots Her passion for Hair and making her clients happy matched with Allison's business moto.
Success for Jen is when she see's her client Smile.
